Tips for your Appointment

Scheduling

Walk-ins are welcomed but appointments are recommended, most procedures are booked in advance.

Arrival

Please check-in at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a skin clinic, we require that all new clients fill out skin care history information and treatment consent forms.

Late Arrivals

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service. We will always try our best to accommodate a late arrival. However, we cannot guarantee that your session will run the full appointment time. If you are 20+ minutes late for your scheduled facial, you will be considered a "no-show" and asked to reschedule.

Cancellations

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us  24 hours in advance to avoid a charge your treatment(s) scheduled. All services cancelled on same day of appointment or missed without notice 100% of treatment price will be charged.

Product Returns

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern. If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in the product with your receipt within two weeks of the purchase. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you do not wish to have a product exchange, we would be happy to give you a credit towards one of our services.

Payment

Doran Poma Skin Care accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Cash. Payment by check is not accepted. We also have custom financing packages available for several of our series of treatments.

Standard Policy

A credit card number or gift certificate number is required to secure all appointments.

Gratuities

Gratuities are at your discretion and are not included in any service or package.

Valuables

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items and encourage you to leave valuables at home.
