Here is a great, quick receipe to keep your skin looking healthy and fresh!
What you need:
2 Salmon steaks
3 tbs olive oil
1 large bunch of Kale- wash & chopped
2 cloves of garlic- minced
3/4 c chicken broth
pepper
dill
Heat oven to 350* using 1 tbs of olive oil, rub on both sides of salmon steak. Sprinkle garlic, pepper and dill to taste. Bake in oven for 25-30 min.
While that is cooking. Heat 2 tbs of olive oil and 1 clove of garlic in large pan. Add kale & broth. Simmer for 15 min, covered.
