A great snack for skin health...

Combine:

Raw Walnuts- High in omega-3 and antioxidants.  Great for aiding in inflammatory skin conditions including psoriasis and eczema.

Raw Blueberries- Strong antioxidant for youthful skin!

Raw Almonds- high in vitamin E an important partner for antioxidants.

Raw ranberries- Great for aiding in inflammatory skin conditions.

Coconut- Protein, Vitamin A (cell turnover), Vitamin B (promote healthy new skin cells), Vitamin C (important partner for antioxidants).
